Waze009 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the binding terms governing your use of the waze009 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms — By Using the Platform, You Agree

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the waze009 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the waze009 platform.

These terms apply to all platform users regardless of how they access it — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other method provided by waze009. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The waze009 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by anyone below the minimum age is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & account information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the waze009 platform. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. waze009 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and to request supporting documents for verification purposes.

Password & account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. waze009 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the waze009 customer support team immediately. We strongly recommend using a strong password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Platform Usage Rules You Must Comply With

Users of the waze009 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or interfere with the waze009 platform's security systems in any way.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to unlawfully benefit from promotions or bonuses offered on the platform.
  • Transferring or selling your account to a third party under any circumstances.
  • Spreading false or misleading information that could damage the reputation of waze009 or other users.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and forfeiture of all balances including any pending withdrawals.

Payment Information, MYR Transactions & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits & currency

All transactions on the waze009 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets, and other methods available at the time of the transaction. The minimum deposit amount is subject to the conditions set by the platform and may change from time to time.

Withdrawals & verification

Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or payment method registered in the name of the waze009 account holder. Prior to your first withdrawal being processed, you may be required to complete an identity verification process. waze009 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms until the investigation is concluded.

Any taxes or charges arising from winnings or transactions are the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Waze009 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and waze009 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.

Account suspension & closure

Waze009 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, all remaining balances may be forfeited at waze009's sole discretion.

Intellectual property & third-party content

All content, logos, branding, interfaces, and materials on the waze009 platform are the exclusive property of waze009 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any materials without prior written permission. The platform may contain links to third-party websites over which waze009 has no control and for whose content or privacy policies waze009 bears no responsibility.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Waze009 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the waze009 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
